No, I won't force you to review, but I sure do encourage it. Reviewing is good. It gives you practice in looking at writings. By looking at people's works and saying what they need to improve upon or saying how good it is in your own words will help you look at your work more carefully. It's something that can only help. this also allows for people to know what their strengths and weakness. This will give them the chance to improve.
