"Firs' yearrs, Firs' years, over this way!" hagrid shouted.
James got out after watching the the majority of the students off and waved to hagrid.
"Hello Hagrid!" James shourted.
"All right there, James," hagrid greeted back.
"we should probably head out, James said walking over to Lilly.

Michiru sighed, as she exited the rain behind Gemma, her violin case held protectively to her chest. This was no surprise, seeing as she wouldn't even let her mother touch her violin. "This should prove interesting. Everything is so....different from back home," Michiru murmured, hoping she could get used to the differences quickly enough to effectively execute her mission.

"Potter, you better not," Lily scolded, "You're Head Boy." She didn't look over at Severus at all or mention his name.
"I'm sure you'll get use to it," Gemma replied to Michiru, "Hogwarts is wonderful."
Sirius ran up behind James and Lily, "Hey James, let's all get a carriage together. Oh, look! It's Snivellus!"
"You better not do anything Black because as Head Girl, I would have to take away points on the first day and I'd rather Gryffindor not get such a lousy start," Lily also said to him.
"Oh, of course not Evans. Wouldn't dream of it," Sirius replied trying to look innocent, but he had his fingers crossed behind his back. Lily rolled her eyes.

"Is it? I wonder if it'll be anything like Mugen Academy was," Michiru said, murmuring the last part to herself. Mugen Academy was a school for geniuses, and had gone form kindergarden to collage senior, and Michiru would have transfered from there, however due to it being incinerated in an explosion, she had been home-schooled until she was informed about her newest mission, and that she was needed to 'transfer' to Hogwarts to complete it.

Upon hearing the nickname, a memory was called to Michiru's mind unbidden.
Flash Back...
"I love you, my Michi," the blond woman murmured, before falling asleep, her arms wrapped securely about the Princess of Neptune. "And I love you," Michiru murmured, also falling asleep.
End Flash Back
Michiru glared at James, the smile curving her lips becoming tight and forced. She then said, her voice polite, yet cold as the sea in winter, "Please do not address me as such. Michiru will do just fine. And I must inquire if Gemma will be allowed as well before even considering your request, Potter-san."

James tensed as the formal surrname was used. He had never been addressed this way from people he considered friends, unless It was Professor McGonagall. McGonagall was so accustomed to calling every student of hers by surname. James remembered insisting that she call him James in his first year and McGonagall had grimly said something to the effect of, "Potter, don't tell me how to address my students. I will address them as I wish. Now, you should go to your next class unless you want a detention."
"Yes, Jemma can follow, and call me James," said James.

Michiru's brow furrowed at the odd request, and she said, "But, would it not be impolite to adress you by your first name? By calling you Potter-san, I am showing proper respect for an individual whom I have just met. It would not be seemly for me to adress you as anything else. I refer to Gemma-chan so, because though I add a suffix of friendship and respect, it is allowed for two young women to adress each other by their first name,"
(OOC: If you're wondering why Michiru said that, it's because the Japanese is a VERY conservative culture, in which the family name meas more than the first name. It is polite to adress someone you hardly know by their last name, and then when you feel comfortable around each other, then you may begin to call them *place first name of person here*-san, and then move on to -chan if it is a female to whom you are speaking, or -kun if it is a male to whom you are speaking. Yeah, I know I tend to give mini-Japanese lessons.....sorry....*sweatdrops*)

Gemma smiled, "I'm glad you consider me a friend Michiru, but here in England everyone usually calls each other by their first name. However, if someone is older than you or if you're maintaining a professional relationship, then you usually call someone by their last name."
Lily added, "Or if you dislike someone a lot too."
"You hate us Lils?" Sirius asked pretending to look offended.
"I said 'dislike.' And stop calling me Lils," Lily replied, but didn't say anything about not hating him.

For a moment a look of surprise flitted across Michiru's face, but then it was gone, the only indication that it had ever been there was the slight stutter in her voice. "Oh, I s-see. Well, I'll try to remember that. Should we not be heading to the castle? I assume that being late on our first day would be quite rude, and not give any of us a positive out look," 'And I wish to see if I can pin-point the one who is supposed to be my partner as soon as possible,' Michiru added this silently, as she sent a questioning glance in Gemma's direction.

Gemma nodded, "Everyone except First Years ride on the horseless carriages. There are right over here." Though of course, these carriages were actually harnessed to threstals, but Gemma had never seen death before.
The group headed over and claimed a carriage.

Michiru, however, had seen more death than she would like to remember; which included times in previous lives, and so she inquired, "You said that this was a 'horseless' carriage. So, I must wonder, is the horse that pulls the carriage cloaked by an illusion, or is it something else?"
(OOC: Who else in the group has seen death? I don't want Michiru to seem like she's crazy....)

OOC: I don't think Remy or James has seen death, but I am sure they can easily explain the situation to Mitchiru
James whispers, "how the heck does she seen them?"
Remus says, "She's probably seen death."
Remus then turned to mitchiru, "Yes, they are horse drawn or rather this horse like animal draws the cart. You can not see it unless you have seen death."

Michiru's polite demeanor faltered for a moment, then her mask cracked, and shattered. Her face went white as a sheet, and she smiled thinly, saying, "I have seen more death than I have ever wished to see; both in this life and in my past lives--" a hand flew to her mouth, as she realized what she had said. She then removed her hand and sighed. "It seems I have said more than I should have. Is there any place the six of us could meet, where I might explain everything to you?" she questioned. Later she would wonder if that had been simply on impulse, or she had wanted to tell these six from the beginning.
(OOC: If no-one has any other ideas, how about the Forbidden Forest? Michiru'll have to meet Setsuna there anyways......)

Then he leaned over to mitchiru and whispered, "The room of requirement, meet me tomorrow by the great hall at eight and we'll go there together .

Michiru nodded, and then fell silent, staring out the window at the scenery. None could engage her in conversation after that, for she simply remained silent. She was lost in what memories she had of her lover and partner, each time she remember that she was not wherever said memory had taken place, but in a magical carriage which was taking her and five other people to a school called Hogwarts. Each time this happened, she had to fight the overwhelming urge to curl up in a ball and cry: she knew she could not, must not, let her emotions rule her, but every once in awhile, she wished she could stop being and unfeeling soldier, and be a normal girl with normal emotions.
(OOC: If anyone besides Michi-chan knows anything about Sailor Moon, this is before Michiru met up with *her*, but she does know the Inners, and will adopt baby-Hotaru as soon she she finds *her* and returns to Japan. Oh yea, and Serenity is NOT dead.....or well, she was reborn too, and she gave Michiru her orders.)

"Since we are in here alone, I should tell you that since Mitchiru wants us all to meet I thought we should go to the room of requirement. If you don't know where that is meet me by the great hall doors tomorrow night at eight," said remus.
James whispered to Remus, "you really want to show them that?"
Remus nodded.
